The blind must be carefully lifted and the square bar is lowered into the bracket. The square bar must fit across all brackets. Bracket bolt should be clearing the square tube. The square nut must be slid, tightened and the bracket locked with the bracket bolt.

Caution – The blind must never be extended without locking the brackets. The arm must not be fully extended as the fabric will lose tension.

• Installation By Fixing Onto The Roof Rafters:

Roof rafters can be used as anchoring points, but the end rafters at the corner of a house cannot bear the load. This method of installation is very involved as it needs parts of roof tiles to be removed to expose the rafters. It is wise to retract the blind in the presence of strong winds.
